All tenants must clean up after themselves in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room). Dishes should be washed immediately after use.

Take turns in vacuuming, sweeping, and general tidying of common areas. A cleaning schedule can be agreed upon if needed.

Do not leave personal items in common areas. All personal belongings should be stored in your bedroom when not in use.

We will provide a mandatory cleaning of shared space monthly. Optional cleaning of personal space for additional fee.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am every day. No loud music, TV, or other noise during these hours, especially in shared spaces.

Be mindful of the noise level at all times, especially in early mornings or late evenings.
