Comfortable stay on a budget!
I would describe the older "upper" duplex as a budget travel stay. I want to be honest about what it may be like to stay here. All of the furnishings and TV's are new. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit outdated. The adjacent street is a busy city street, so street noise is present.
The neighborhood is located in a medium crime risk area. It's a place to sleep, relax and watch TV on a budget. Price reflects location.
